These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) define the rules regarding the use of the website agep18.com (“Site”). Anyone who visits or uses the Site (“User”) is deemed to have accepted these Terms.
2. Nature of the Service
The Site is a platform that offers training content, announcements, course/exam information, and informational publications for urology research assistants. Some sections are only open to members.
3. Membership and Account Security
– You may need to create an account and/or be authorized to access areas that require membership.
– You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information. Transactions made with your account will be attributed to you.
– In case of suspicious use, your account may be temporarily suspended or closed.
4. Terms of Use
The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law and morality. The following is prohibited:
– Interfering with the Site in a way that will damage it, looking for security vulnerabilities, attempting unauthorized access
– Copying, reproducing, publishing, or using the content for commercial purposes without permission

– Spreading malicious software, sending spam, blocking the service

All text, visuals, logos, videos, documents, and training content on the Site (unless otherwise stated) belong to AGEP/ÜCD or the relevant rights holders. It cannot be used without written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. AGEP/ÜCD is not responsible for the content and practices of these sites.
7. Continuity and Modification of Service
The content and operation of the Site may be changed without prior notice. Access may be temporarily interrupted due to reasons such as maintenance/malfunction.

– The content provided on the Site is for informational and educational purposes; it does not constitute medical diagnosis/treatment (see Disclaimer).
– AGEP/ÜCD does not guarantee that the Site will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.

In case of violation of the Terms, the User’s access to the Site may be restricted/terminated, and legal action may be taken if deemed necessary.

These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Ankara (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in case of disputes.
