The Research Assistant Training Program (AGEP), established in 2018 under the umbrella of the Urological Surgery Association, is a pioneering training model implemented to enhance the standardization and quality of urology specialist training in Turkey.

The main goal of AGEP is to train a new generation of urologists who are competent in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitude, committed to ethical values, and have command of the requirements of the age. Accordingly, our program has a holistic structure that includes theoretical education, practical application, e-learning, and psychomotor skill development modules. Today, AGEP is not just an educational platform; it is a dynamic, innovative, and sustainable academic community that unites young urologists from all over Turkey around a common vision.

We believe in the continuity of excellence in education and aim for each research assistant to be an active part of this process. As AGEP, we are with you in every step that shapes the future of urology.
